Our manufacturer is a manufacturer specializing in the production of dust collector equipment. Our equipment-type pulse single-machine bag dust collector is under production. It is a new type of dust collector equipment. During the production process, we have professional personnel on site to guide the production. Below is a more detailed introduction. The pulse single-machine bag dust collector is a small bag dust collector designed by our company and improved with the advanced technology of similar products. This type of dust collector uses high-pressure (.~.) large-flow pulse valves to blow and clean the filter bags one by one. Technology, compared with other stand-alone machines, has the characteristics of large dust cleaning kinetic energy and high dust cleaning efficiency. It is small in size, light in weight, has a simple and compact structure, is easy to install and maintain, and its features and working principles are as follows
The structure of the dust collector
Box: including bag chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, and filter bag , filter bag frame, access door and box are designed to withstand pressure.
Injection system: including main air pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
The air intake and ash discharge part has two forms: one is the standard ash hopper type, and the other is the open flange type.
How the pulse single-machine bag dust collector we produce completes its work
The dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag room through the open flange port, and the dust-containing gas is filtered through the filter bag The clean air enters the clean air chamber, and then passes through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag dust collector to continue to rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed the limit and the bag dust collector can continue to work, the dust on the filter bag needs to be removed regularly. For dust cleaning, the program controller starts the pulse valve in a timed and sequential manner, so that the compressed air (.~.) in the air bag is ejected from the hole in the blow pipe (called primary air) through the venturi tube to induce the surrounding air several times the primary air ( (called secondary air) enters the filter bag and expands sharply in an instant, and shakes off the dust with the opposite direction of the air flow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
The pulse single-machine bag dust collector is widely used in dust-containing gas purification and treatment systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, coal, and non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing. It is an ideal equipment for environmentally friendly dust removal.
